Isabell Mueller - Lamberton

Isabell Mueller, 100, of Lamberton, MN passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at the Valley View Manor in Lamberton. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Sunset Funeral Home in Wabasso with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Johnsonville Township. Online condolences may be placed at www.sunsetfuneralassociation.com. The Sunset Funeral & Cremation Association is caring for the family. Isabell Mueller was born on March 11, 1914 in Concordia, Kansas to Napoleon and Hettie (Bashaw) Jarveis. In 1918, Isabell and her family headed to Milroy by covered wagon where she attended Country School District #43 in Milroy. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. On June 20, 1935, Isabell was united in marriage to William “Bill” Domine. They made their home in the Lamberton area where Isabell helped with the farming and also worked at the Lamberton Motel. On August 30, 1979, Bill passed away. On June 16, 1982, Isabell married Fritz Mueller and they made their home at the church parsonage at Trinity Lutheran, Johnsonville Township. Fritz passed away on June 18, 1998 and Isabell returned to Lamberton. Isabell was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Johnsonville Township where she was involved with the Ladies Aid, Bible Study, and quilting. Bill and Isabell took care of the Lamberton Cemetery for a number of years. Isabell enjoyed making baby blankets, and enjoyed traveling with Fritz. On Friday, July 25, 2014, Isabell passed away at the Valley View Manor in Lamberton at the age of 100 years old. She is survived by her daughter, Irene; sister, Elizabeth Nielsen; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family. Her parents, two sons, Harold and Erwin, one daughter, Dorothy, nephew that she raised, Adelor, two brothers, Napoleon and Peter, three sisters, Anna, Agnes, and Natalie, and two grandchildren, Wayne Richardson, and Keith Paradis preceded her in death.
