Frances A. Fossum, 81, of Belview, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Parkview Home in Belview. Visitation will be held from 11 – 1 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the Sunset Funeral Home in Echo. Frances’ wishes were to have no additional services. Burial will immediately follow the visitation.
