Mary Louise Rohlik, 58, of Willmar, formerly of Seaforth, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Excelsior, Minnesota. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM on Friday, May 27, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Seaforth. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 AM on Friday at the church with a rosary service being held at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Seaforth. Mary “Mary Lou” Rohlik was born on Wednesday, December 11, 1957 to Lawrence and Leona (Crouse) Rohlik in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. She grew up on her parent’s farm near Seaforth until moving with them into town in 1970. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Seaforth and attended Wabasso High School. After graduation, Mary Lou moved to Willmar and lived at Kindlehope. Over the years, she worked various jobs in the Willmar area. Mary Lou was involved with the Special Olympics. She was also a self taught musician who could hear a song and immediately play it on her keyboard or accordion. She enjoyed bowling, watching the Minnesota Twins and Vikings, and spending time with her family. On Monday, May 23, 2016, Mary Lou passed away at the Golden Living Center in Excelsior at the age of 58 years, 5 months, and 12 days. She is survived by her siblings, JoAnn (Nick) Bernardy of Wabasso, Allen “Weasel” (Diane) Rohlik of Renville, Mike (Annette) Rohlik of Lucan, Edwin (Jan) Rohlik of Granite Falls, Larry (Char) Rohlik of St. Louis Park, Greg (Theresa) Rohlik of Wabasso, Carol Rohlik of Granite Falls, Frank Rohlik of Redwood Falls, and Randy Rohlik of Wabasso; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, and four brothers, William, Kenneth, Roger, and Louis. Blessed be her memory.
