Jace David Jenniges

Jace D. Jenniges, 34 of Lucan, MN passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at his residence in Lucan. A celebration of Jace’s life will be held from 4 – 8 PM on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the Lucan Community Center with a prayer service at 7:00 PM followed by sharing of memories. Jace David Jenniges was born on Friday, November 13, 1981 to Charles and Shari (Stynski) Jenniges in Marshall, Minnesota, Lyon County. He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith, attended Our Lady of Victory Elementary School, Wabasso High School, and earned his GED in the summer of 2000. Jace grew up in Lucan and moved to Willmar for a short time after high school before returning back to Lucan. Jace worked as an equipment operator for Schmidt Construction in Redwood Falls until his health prevented him from working. Jace enjoyed hunting, fishing, hanging with his dog Buddy, drinking beer with his friends, and spending time with his family. Jace passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at his residence in Lucan. He is survived by his mother, Shari Jenniges of Lucan; two brothers, Jonah (Jessica) Jenniges of Prior Lake, and Jared (Melissa) Jenniges of Lucan; nieces and nephews, Austin, Candace, Cameron, Evelyn, Eastin, Ava, Jelena, Jayla, and Christian; his dog Buddy; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his father, Charles Jenniges, and infant son. Blessed be his memory.
