Allen Arthur Jaeger

Celebration of life for Allen Arthur Jaeger, 70, of Lucan, MN will take place at a later date. Allen Arthur Jaeger was born on February 18, 1955 to Orlin and Betty Ann (Albers) Jaeger in Redwood Falls, MN. He grew up on a farm west of Lucan, MN and attended grade school in Lucan. He then graduated with honors from Wabasso High School in the spring of 1973. Upon graduation he continued his education at Willmar VoTech where he received his Associates Degree in Farm Operation and Management. Once Allen finished his degree he farmed for a few years before he began a career at Pittsburgh Paint & Glass in Marshall. He worked there until the plant closed in the early 90’s. Allen loved to spend time outdoors. He was known for the impressive garden he would grow and could often be found golfing, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family playing cards. Family reunions were always a highlight of his year. He had fun taking road trips with his family. Allen was fond of tinkering on different projects earning the nickname “Mr. Fixit” by his family and friends. Allen passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025. He is survived by his siblings; Donald (Charlotte) Jaeger, Barbara Roberts, Perry Jaeger, Dawn (Craig) Canton; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Allen is preceded in death by his parents Orlin and Betty Ann Jaeger; niece Monica Waltz.
