Service recording: https://youtu.be/UUPdXL4DAKY A memorial service for Dale Donald Haag, 83, of Bloomington, MN will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lucan, MN beginning at 1:00 p.m. A public visitation will begin two hours prior to the memorial service. Burial will take place at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Lucan immediately following the memorial service. Upon conclusion of the graveside service, a funeral luncheon will be held at Knott’s Corner in Lucan, MN. Dale Haag was born on the family farm outside of Lucan, MN on October 22, 1939, to Donald and Ester (Geisler) Haag. He grew up there and graduated from Milroy High School. Upon graduation he entered into the United States National Guard, serving for three years. He was a self-taught cabinet maker and enjoyed many years of woodworking. Dale had many hobbies and interests throughout his life. He was an avid sportsman, taking advantage of every opportunity he had to go hunting or fishing. Dale passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2023. He is survived by his wife Barb (Knott) Haag; children Kim (Craig) Ashcroft, Kris (Jeff) Pickett, Karan Haag, Kelly (Ron) Schunk; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, stepchildren, and step-grandchildren. Dale is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Ester Haag; his grandparents William and Tilly Haag; and sister Shirley Haag.
