Brion Danzer

Brion Joseph Danzer, 69 of Waseca, passed away peacefully, surrounded with love on Monday, November 14, 2022. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. with a prayer service at 1:00 p.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, Mankato, Minnesota. Brion was born November 5, 1953 to Herbert Danzer and Barbra Vandre. Brion proudly enlisted in the military in 1970. Besides being a dad and “papa” the other thing Brion loved the most in life was being behind the wheel and creating laughter on every ride. He drove for Kato Cab for many years until he found his true passion, being a special needs bus driver, which he enjoyed until his retirement. Most days you could find him riding his scooter around Waseca, waving and making friends wherever he went. When not riding his scooter, he spent many hours making memories with his family and spoiling his grandchildren. Being a great dad and papa were truly Brion’s biggest accomplishments in life. Brion is survived by his children, Rebekah (David) Korn of Hurricane, Utah, Eleanor (Christian) Amigo of Janesville, Amelia (Justin Sutter) of Waseca, Emma Danzer of Waseca and Samuel Danzer of Bandera, Texas. Grandchildren Dylan and Ava Korn and Greyson Sutter. Brion is also survived by three brothers and, many extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and his sister. The children of Brion Danzer would like to thank all those who made a difference in their dad’s life by showing love and compassion. For all you have done for our father, we will forever be grateful.
