Milton Rebers

Milton Rebers, 90, of Cottonwood, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the Parkview Home in Belview. A visitation will be held from 4 – 7 PM on Monday, May 20, 2019 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM all at the Sunset Funeral Home in Echo. Interment will take place at a later date in the Christ Lutheran Cemetery. The Sunset Funeral & Cremation Association is caring for the family.   Milton Gerald Rebers was born on November 1, 1928 to David and Hulda (Nelson) Rebers in Cottonwood, Minnesota. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and attended Cottonwood Public School. Milton loved to farm and remained on his parents farm near Cottonwood all of his life. He also enjoyed going to sales, auctions, community events, benefits and meal functions in the local communities and visiting with family, friends and neighbors. On Monday, May 13, 2019, Milton passed away at the Parkview Home in Belview at the age of 90. He is survived by his sister Marcia Nelson of Cottonwood; brother David Rebers of Belle Plaine; friend Pat Shriver of Minneota; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Donald and Roger. Blessed be his memory.
